Founded in 2008 ADLIB is committed to creating producing and performing interactive multimedia musical theatre for young South African children of all cultures and backgrounds. Operated by Lynn Joffe and Adam Howard the company has performed to great acclaim at arts festivals, storytelling festivals, schools & universities.
Adlib is the brainchild of Lynn Joffe, storyteller, and Adam Howard, maestro. Original stories and classic nursery rhymes, tales and myths are reworked through the power of music and song to appeal to children aged 3 – 12.
The Pitterpat Project is the current vehicle that transports young audiences to discover their inner musician, their creativity and their imagination.
Workshops and Services
Workshops and storytelling: ADLIB illustrates their universal message that every single one of us is musical by dint of the beat of our hearts and builds up age appropriate musical storytelling via beat, rhythm, chords, melody and words using classical rhymes, myths and original children’s stories.
