Caroline Smart for Stable Theatre
Caroline Smart is a freelance director, actor, scriptwriter and voice coach. The scripting of Rhythm Dudes was made possible by the KwaZulu-Natal Performing Arts Trust through Friends of Music.
The show was produced by Stable Theatre with sponsorship from Ilanga Newspaper and performed to close on 30 schools (approximately 2,500 learners) in 2012. Further sponsorship from the KZNPAT funded Rhythm Dudes’ highly successful appearance on the Fringe of the National Arts Festival in 2013.
Workshops and Services
Caroline Smart is a specialised voice coach for speech. She is committed to providing her clients with strong vocal communication skills which are of particular benefit to teachers as well as those in the performing arts. Basically, anyone who needs their voice to communicate effectively. She also runs her own website, artSMart, which is the largest multi-cultural arts website in KZN and focuses on arts events in the province.
